"CLEAN, FRIENDLY, EFFICIENTI had surgery at the beginning of the month, and I was unsure what to expect going to a surgery center vs a hospital. But I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and efficiency of the facility. The staff was friendly and helpful with any questions I had. Short waiting time. Quick discharge.& The facility has followed up with me personally about 2-3 times since my surgery. To confirm how I am doing and if there was anything I need.Definitely good customer service. Highly recommendDr. Foster was my surgeon"

"Dr. Fiore and the anesthesiologist at this center are phenomenal ! I came in on Tuesday , June 21st for a small procedure and I absolutely felt like I was in good hands at this center . Check in went smoothly and the RN was super sweet . I highly recommend this center and Dr.Fiore ! The anesthesiologist explained the process and made me feel so comfortable even though I was a little bit nervous , he really helped me to feel safe. Thank you NW Surgery for a positive experience and for taking good care of me while I was in your care ❤️."

"I am very grateful for the attention received, all the staff are very professional and very friendly, very clean and reliable environment, while you wait to go to the surgery room, the massage chairs relax you and you do not feel the wait, a good percentage of the staff is bilingual, that helped me a lot. Because my first language is Spanish, thank you very much, keep up the good work and you will arrive very long.I am very grateful for the attention received. "Had foot surgery there. From the minute I walked in door it was smooth sailing. The pre-op room was great. Loved the massage chair that made me feel less stressed about the procedure. "I had hand surgery with Dr. Fiore at NW Surgery Center. From the moment I walked in the door the staff was wonderful. The massage chairs in the pre-op area helped me to relax before my surgery. All of the nursing staff were personable and professional . The anesthesiologist listened to all of my questions and took great care of me. My surgeon was also excellent. I would definitley recommend this facility."

"I am very thankful to all that work at this facility. They made me feel very welcome and they were all super nice! From the moment I walked in, the receptionists were very friendly. I was very nervous and a young lady named Vanessa helped me out a lot. The anesthesiologist took good care of me as she assured me that she would. When I woke up from surgery, I saw nothing but smiles taking care of me. I've had 6 ESI's (on different days) and 2 knee surgeries with the best doctor, DR. JEFFREY REUBEN, at the best facility!! Thank you all for the terrific job!"

"I needed to have back injections twice and used NW Surgery center. I was treated with respect from the girls in the front desk to the nurses and rest of the staff.The facility was clean and they were efficient with all that was done on me. They made me feel comfortable when I was very nervous. They kept my husband informed and helped me to my car making sure I was fine. If I would need another surgery I would go back to them."

"I had my first procedure in May of this year [2017]. When I arrived, I was a bit taken back, but I must say, the level of car I received was exceptional...from the time I checked in, to the moment I left.Will be having my 2nd procedure tomorrow."

"Great facility, terrible billing department. My insurance company used the words "inept", "clueless" and "incompetent" to describe the billing department at Northwest Surgery Center. The billing department went out of their way to make a stressful situation even worse. I cannot in good conscience recommend this place."

"The service was awesome! However, they only bill insurance and process payments once a month. So this means that you have to wait a month for them to process your insurance payment but they take your estimated amount due the day of surgery. Then once they receive payment it takes them another month to post the payment to your account so if you overpay you're looking at up to 2 months waiting on your money back. If your doctor does surgery at a hospital or somewhere else go there!"

"My wife took my son to have ear tubes here and all the ladies at the front are supportive, helpful and really welcoming. Hard to find medical facilities like this in Houston"
