"My visit was full of kind, professional and attentive staff. Everyone was thorough and took the time as if I was the only one there. From walking in and meeting Olga, to leaving after meeting the entire staff involved, my experience was excellent. Everything was explained in detail and more than once. Early arrival is part of the process and I certainly understand why. The time that I was done and left the facility, was the actual scheduled time for me to begin. That’s service.Michelle did my IV. I told her she was my friend until she presented the needle lol. She took time with me and my anxiety. We had to wait a bit, me and needles are a no-no. She was thorough, one poke and we were done. I was very very still! Dr. Pal was talking with me about anesthesia questions trying to keep me occupied, but no way, my eye was on the needle.Dr. Pal was professional, kind and laughed with me and yet asked all the necessary questions at the same time. By the time she explained everything, I had no questions.Shanique (sp) was awesome, even with her allergies bothering her. She made sure I was comfortable while getting things done quickly and efficiently at the same time.Christi was my nurse, and Lucy was my CRNA/AA. We joked and learned a little about each other up until I was out for the count.Shane's awesome smile and kind gesture is greatly appreciated.Janet was awesome. And Asri was as well. And last but not least, Dr. Ellsworth! Did I mention she was the bomb?! She was totally awesome. You just don’t see much of that anymore. From our initial visit to the end of the procedure, she was extremely kind, thorough, and professional. Awesome smile and great character. She explained and asked if I had questions in our initial visit and went over it again at the time of the procedure. Explained the results in detail afterwards, leaving me with no questions.Having a procedure is no fun, but if I had a choice, this would definitely be my team again!"

"Just yesterday we have passed a unforgettable memorable day. My only son, my baby Ribat had the circumcision surgery with repairment by legendary Urologist Dr. Haroon Patel. We got very much good and professional Anesthesiologist Dr. Sunita Pal. We received best and best service from Pre. Operative Ms. Shane, PCT Ms. Janet- how nice she was! We got best RN Ms. Maribel and Ms. Algiri as well as Ms. Lana. Very much professional was front desk staff Ms. Maria. Infact we received a successful surgery from here.Everything was best except one big thing:**My one and big complaint: My only son has some autism. He was so much scared after coming to surgicare. He held my head on his chest. I could hear his heart beat. My baby was scared too much- it was unbearable to me. Since my baby never go anywhere except school without me- so I requested very much politely to Dr. Haroon Patel, Dr. Sunita Pal and all other on duty nurses to permit me to go to surgery room with my baby. I said them- just permit me to stay till Anesthesia done. Otherwise my son will be very much scared and he will cry. Then everyone said me- " okay, we are gonna send your request to Facility," After a moment a nurse came to our room and gave me a special dress like body cover, shoe covers and head cover and said me to wear those to go to operating room till my baby get anesthesia. Then I covered me by those.**** Practice Racism???But in a minute a lady came to our room. I did not know her name. So after surgery I asked her name to other nurses. They said- her name is KARREN.But Ms. Karren came to our room one more time when we just entered. She looks like white. She is a big lady. Even she did not introduce herself to us. She is a very much rude behaved lady in my experience. I never seen before this type of rude behave, rude voice and unkind hospital staff before.(1)At first when we entered surgicare after completing front office work- then you can guess- we were fully inexperienced about this whole procedure. So we had some questions like medication after surgery, cautions after surgery etc. So when I asked that lady a question, she replied me- " Don't ask these question to me okay? Ask your baby's nurse!"Then really me, my wife and my baby were shocked for this first rude behave to us by this lady.(1) When I was prepared to go to operation room covering the safety cover just till my baby's anesthesia done- then this rude behaved lady came to our room and said me in shouted voice-"YOU ARE NOT GOING TO OPERATION ROOM WITH YOUR BABY!!LET US DO OUR JOB, OKAY???".................................................My question to Fannin Surgicare authority:!. Why you send this most rude behaved lady to shout me infront of my scared baby?2. Why you are practicing this racism by a rude, unprofessional lady to insult patients and their family? In Constitution there is strict law to stop Racism. I did not force any staff to permit me to go with my scared baby to operation room till my baby's anesthesia done. I just politely requested to Dr. Haroon Patel, Dr. Sunita Pal and on duty nurses to permit me to go with my very much scared baby till anesthesia done. I had no complaint- if you politely inform me in a professional way like- " Our facility does not allow to go parent with baby patient to surgery room."If you just could tell me above sentence- I never complain! But why you sent a most worst behaved lady to dis honor us? To insult us? Why your facility sent this rude behaved nurse to made scared my innocent baby before a big surgery? My baby was too much scared for her shouting. You can ask Dr. Pal and on duty nurses separately asking- "Did that rude behaved lady came to our room to inform us the Facility decision professionally? In a nice way?You can ask all of them- how nicely I replied that most rude behaved Lady ( May be her name is KAREN)?I replied her very much politely- " Okay Ma'am, no problem"...................Why I replied in good manner? My family taught me to good behave with the people.Thank you.Nur Khan"

"I could not be more pleased with the level of care I received at Fannin Surgicare. Every single staff member I encountered was kind, patient, and made a scary procedure not so scary. From the lady at the front desk (I didn't get her name), Karen my intake nurse, Dr. Santiago and Kevin with anesthesiology, Michelle who placed a solid IV, Morgan who helped Karen find my dancing baby's heart activity on the monitor, Kay who was with me every step of the way, and Dr. Kirshon who placed a stellar cerclage that will help bring my baby home at term. I'm sure there were so many others that i missed but i am so thankful and so grateful to have been cared for by such an amazing team of people."

"The attention I experienced in this facility was amazing. The communications I was provided from day one was on point. Thank you to all the staff members from the receptionist, to the nurse Shannequa, the anesthetist and Dr. Plavidal and his team. I am pleased of how everything went on the day of my surgery. I will definitely recommend this facility to family and friends and from the medical attention I received was superb. Thank you Fannin Surgicare to continue providing great medical attention even in this crazy times that we all are facing."

"Front desk staff was fine. Nurses during pre-op were great. I was told I would be monitored in recovery for a couple hours. But once I was in recovery, I was barely awake, forgot where I was, and just generally out of it. That didn’t matter to the nurses. Because I was the last surgery of the day, they were ready to go home and told me to start getting dressed. I could barely sit up and my husband was just coming in after having talked to surgeon. Another nurse realized I was struggling and once I was dressed told me to lay in bead a few minutes. She got me sprite and crackers, but once those were done, it was time to go. I’m still in shock over this. Not the way to treat patients. They’re getting a lot of money for this. They could be more caring."

"I am very impressed with the hospitality and service of this facility. I went in for a small procedure this morning and immediately felt welcomed by all the nurses, including the doctor that took care of me, Dr. Gibson. Let’s just say this procedure was very tough for me to get done but the entire staff sympathized and took excellent care of me! I loved the fact that as soon as i was out of the OR the doctor went and directly spoke to my husband in detail letting him know how everything went. Thank you Dr. Gibson and the pre and post op nurses for giving me excellent quality care. ❤️ We hope to never see you guys again but y’all were awesome!!!"

"The front desk and billing department are an absolute nightmare. Once you get to the back, the medical staff are quite sweet. But don't worry, you'll show up to your appointment and be told you owe an amount different than what your insurance company told you. Then they'll cancel your appointment while your standing there instead of calling your insurance. I had to get my doctor involved. Then they'll send any remaining balances you have to a collection agency without even calling or sending a bill in the mail. My phone number and address have not changed. There are no excuses. If you're ready for months on end of disputing charges on your credit history and dealing with a nightmare of front desk staff then make your way to Fannin Surgicare. Absolute worst."

"My daughter just had surgery a week ago i must say i always look to see something bad or a mean or unfriendly staff at some point when I go to a business. I didn't from the time I walked in the lady at the front desk greeted you told you what you needed to fill out and she did tell me her name I forgot and she was just full of energy. The staff at the back getting ready to prep my daughter where amazing they talked to us and my daughter and my son too. They eased her mind because she was panicing. Crying bad.I don't ask for much or to be treated differently regrdless of what type of insurance I have or race etc. Sometimes that is the case. The doctor cracked a joke here and there and did a great job with my daughter I even got a follow up call and they checked up on her. Also they had some nice little music in recovery room that got my daughter singing.5***** stars for me Thanks"

"My first contact upon arrival at Fannin Surgicare was the receptionist. Amanda was most competent and happily guided me through the admissions paperwork. I was a little surprised to find a couple of errors on the admissions paperwork after I had spent so much time making sure that the pre-admissions information I entered online was accurate. But these errors were quickly corrected. I was then taken to the intake area by nurse Karen, who was very personable and helped prepare me for the upcoming medical procedure. At this point, anesthesiology nurse Leah came in and introduced herself to me and asked some questions concerning my health. After asking me if I had any questions about her part of the procedure, Leah started me on an IV. Kudos to Leah for being so gentle and finding a vein the first time--I really appreciated that. Anesthesiologist Dr. Peltier then came in and introduced herself to me, checked my paperwork, and then asked if she could explain any part of the anesthesia process. Surgical nurse Aretha arrived next. She assured me she would be with me throughout the surgery and explained what I should expect throughout the entire procedure. Then Aretha and Leah rolled me into surgery, and I was put to sleep. I remember nothing after that until I woke up in Recovery with nurse Michelle. While taking care of multiple patients, Michelle never went more than a few minutes without checking on me. She was very kind and patient with my nervous "chatting". Once I had completely recovered and was dressed for release, Dr. Haas came in to tell me how my procedure went and to ask if he could answer any questions for my wife or me. Let it be noted that Dr. Haas has a wonderful personality and bedside manner (not something you can say about every surgeon), in addition to being great at what he does. All in all, this was a great experience for a patient who was there because blood was found in his stool during a yearly physical. All these people were, first and foremost, professional, and, secondly, most compassionate and friendly to someone who was definitely out of his comfort zone and more than a little scared that day."
