"I waited 2 years to write this review. I received hair restoration services Sep 2020. When I arrived, I was surprised to learn that Dr. Glat was NOT actually performing any portion of the procedure. This was not disclosed at the consultation. I felt very rushed and uncomfortable at some points but kept my concerns to myself. There was 3 different people doing the actual procedure- leaving my results inconsistent. The one thing that still really bothers me to this day, besides wasting my $, no one ever bothered to follow up on my progress/results! Honestly, I should have just went to Bosley. Beware when getting hair restoration at this office!"

"I was considering Dr Glatt for a procedure, but after reading the review where he does not perform the services himself, i was concerned. Worse was reading the review where the woman said she was butchered. Then instead of trying to help the patient, Dr Glatt's office says it is "inflammatory" and "subjective" WOW! That poor woman to have such poor results, then not only not to get support or a resolution, but to be insulted and reprimanded is horrendous. i definitely will continue to research for the right doctor with bedside manners."

"The day of my surgery I was prepared to be nervous however, when I arrived I wasn't nervous at all. I felt like I knew everyone already including Dr.Glat. I recognized their faces and names from somewhere, later I realized it was from their business instagram page. While in the office i really appreciated the patient privacy i was provided. Everyone knocked on the door before entering the room i was in. Everyone explained what they were going to do before touching me. Dr. Glat explained everything in layman's terms so I could understand what was going on at all times. He answer all of my questions and so did staff. Everyone was very knowledgeable. Not one did I hear an "I don't know." During my procedure Dr.Glat kept a friendly and happy face. Dr.Glat spoke to me, he played soft music at my request, and he asked me my preferences on certain things i was able to choose. He did not choose anything for me. I didn't feel helpless at all. I dislike going to Doctors offices but, here i am very comfortable. Right at home! Oh and Andrea has the most welcoming eyes you could never forget her. She stayed on the phone with me through my directions so I wouldn't get lost."

"Dr Glat performs MIRACLES! My husband and I both had surgery with Dr Glat on the same day! I've hated my nose since I was a kid; having a rhinoplasty with Dr Glat changed my life.
