"The waiting room staff are a bit unpleasant but I'm sympathetic bc of the way folks act in an emergency wait room--still, they could be a bit nicer.The doctors and the imaging tech were amazing! Great service once you're taken in. They were very thorough.My only complaint is that I got a written prescription for a medication and the pharmacy said the hospitals 'waiver' to send medications via paper prescription had expired and I had to get them to send it electronically. Well, I called several times and received absolutely no response."

"I had wonderful experience giving birth to my daughter at St Joseph's. The doctors and nurses in the delivery room for really helpful. I came in and delivered my baby within in the hour. After I delivered we were both admitted and the level of care I received was absolutely excellent. My baby was born a couple of weeks early so she had some health issues and she was admitted to the NICU. I can't thank the nurses in the NICU enough. Tiffany, Michelle, Lana, Bean, Sarah, y'all are amazing."

"Loved my delivery nurses who helped me through out my stay, however i did not appreciate the triage nurses and how i was treated during. Horrible bedside manners. The 3 stars are only because of my delivery nurses, love them so much!!! And they are very appreciated. As for the triage, i was in so much pain i was at 5cm dialated and the nurse that took care of me (sarah) was basically like “ok just wait” they were understaffed and she was so upset n frustrated as she was the only nurse however im in pain and about to give birth that was not comforting for me at all. I waited hours in so much pain due to contractions. Honestly worse experience by far. And i do not understand as i was recommended to this hospital, wish i wouldve known. However my postpartum nurses, i cherish everyone of them and truly loved them so much, nurse brianna and nurse shaquita hands down the best!! Thank you for making me feel much more comfortable."

"Dr. Fed is great and straight to the point.He listens and didn't push surgery. He recommended PT in their Kingwood facility and I jumped on board. I originally saw Adam for a consultation and then worked with Kathy. She is AMAZING! Her caring touch, her expertise, the quality time she spends with each patient goes above and beyond the standards of today's work ethics! She has helped me with my shoulder pain and now with my bursitis! My husband and son are both going there for treatment due to my high recommendation! It's the best PT place around Kingwood and Humble!"

"Update, 07/07/22: My surgery to remove a bolt out of my ankle got cancelled 06/28/22. The rescheduled date got cancelled a second time on 07/07/22. So my Physical Therapy is being delayed by this hospital. The excuse is ," lack of surgical staff." So patients are left in the wind. I'm currently searching for a new surgeon & surgery center, in my insurance network, to remove the bolt.04/01/22:Had surgery for bone fracture. My assigned nurse in the OR was polite and personable. Her associates were also attentive. My anesthesiologist introduced herself and explained the road ahead.Woke up in recovery room under two warm blankets. The nurse on duty greeted me.I am so happy I picked St Joseph's for my surgery. I will recommend to others."

"Every staff person was friendly and helpful. There was a mistake on my appointment date and the staff person fixed it immediately and set me up for my tests. The person in chest X-rays was upbeat and fast. The gentleman who tested me in pulmonary testing was excellent. Be proud of your great staff!"

"They offered me the best CARE ever, I was coming from 7 hrs waiting at LBJ ER and when I got to St. Joseph they assisted me and took me in, even when they did not had rooms they helped me at the waiting room, started my blood work, fluids and more. The help they offer to patients is nothing like I have seen anywhere. They did not let me leave until found out my health issue and got a diagnose. I dont wish to be in a hospital but if I ever need to go back this will be my only option... thanks Anastasia.. best nurse ever !!"

"I was glad to be taken in a hospital as I was in need your services were quite great with some mishaps I have medical insurance I should have been treated like a patient that will pay his bill coming out of x-rays I heard on the walkie-talkie that my room was ready transportation took me to that room and it was dirty instead I waited in the hall for several hours problem number two I have insurance I'm a big eater I required extra meals and people looked at me like that was a problem if these things could be fixed in the future a better review will be granted to you by all new patients"

"I am also an employee and was disappointed with scheduling taking three weeks to find my CT scan order from the doctor that was sent three times. Also, after finding the order the appointment was set again for three weeks away because they didn’t have contrast. After I receive my CT scan and went to my follow-up appointment, the scans were never faxed to my doctor. I had to get on the phone, call them and ask them to fax right away"

"When I went to the Behavior Unit I was miss treated by staff who wouldn’t let me call home in gave me an attitude about it anytime I asked for anything they were really rude other then passing out from the blood draw due to when I was at the hospital I wasn’t eating because the stuff they gave me was stuff I didn’t eat but since then I heard they have a new management I just hope the psych ward well behavior unit is better no one deserves to be mistreated and I couldn’t tell my mom because we were on speaker I have nothing against the hospital I just hope the behavior units got better"
