"I had breast reduction surgery in July 2022 performed by Dr. Hankins. While I can say Dr. Hankins is a kind and caring professional with expert knowledge and a wonderful sense of humor, I cannot say the same for his office manager who is also his wife. I found her to be rude, inefficient and unprofessional in the way of her customer service skills. I was charged a specific price for laser treatment after my surgery only to find out later that price was “wrong” and I was asked to pay 4x the amount I was originally charged even though I had already received half of the total treatment recommended. Money was not the issue. I was very happy with my results. I always paid for my services in full and on time. My problem was the way Gene handled the situation. She was very rigid and uncompromising on a workable solution and I therefore had to decline further treatments. This really saddened me because I truly enjoyed seeing Dr. Hankins and his other staff whom made my visits pleasant. It’s unfortunate I now will seek another doctor for the additional services for the future. It’s not always a good practice to have family for employees because when they are not good at their job it’s very difficult to let them go."

"Dr. Hankins is by far the best plastic surgeon EVER. He not only did an amazing job on my abdominoplasty, he worked with my obgyn doing my hysterectomy. So I had 2 procedures at the same time. I was walking just fine in only a week!! His wife Jean has literally held my hand through this entire experience. I text her at any time of day with ANY concerns. She is polite and extremely respectful. Not to mention that her outfits are always on point. When I arrived at the hospital I was nervous. When I saw my Dr. Hakins walk in he immediately put me at ease. Every opportunity is a teaching moment for him. He wants you to know exactly what he is doing and why it needs to be done. His sense of humor will have you laughing each and every visit. I highly recommend MY DR. Dr. Hakins......"

"SCARS have minimized. I have been very uncomfortable with my scar and stretch marks. After sharing my concerns with Saher she made suggestions. I tried Secret RF well over six months ago and have seen my surgical scar (5 years old) and stretch marks minimize. I scar easily and luckily had successful keloid reduction treatment. I have felt very comfortable with Dr. Hankins. He has been honest and forthcoming with me on my options. I feel he has my best interest at heart. I could not have done this without Saher. Her insight and knowledge has educated me on helpful options available. All I had to do was share my concerns. She is nice, professional and provides amazing customer service. She follows through on making sure I am well educated on post treatment care. They have two locations. You won't be disappointed."

"I flew from Washington, D.C. to Pearland, TX to have my breast augmentation performed by Dr. Hankins and I could not be more elated by my results. Although I was nervous as this was my first time ever being under anesthesia and any type of surgery, I had the most amazing experience with Dr. Hankins, his amazing staff, and the hospital the surgery was performed at. Dr. Hankins knew exactly the type of enhancement I needed that would fit my small frame and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process from pre and post surgery. "I had been needing my implants removed for quite a while & had consulted with a couple of Plastic Surgeons, but it just never “clicked for me. That changed with my very first visit with Dr. Christopher Hankins, instantly I felt that I could trust him & he did not prove me wrong, my surgery was the easiest most uneventful procedure that I have ever experienced. The first dayI was given pain medication twice & the second day also. Upon being discharged, I had no need for further pain medication. The hospital was great, s big change from the last one I was in, total cleanliness & the nurses treated me like a queen. They had a sense of humor & were extremely compotent"

"I’m currently being treated by Dr. Hankins for a finger injury. On top of the injury, I have fibromyalgia as well as other disorders that cause pain. Dr.Hankins treats me with kindness instead of contempt. (I’ve seen many doctors in my life, and most dismiss me immediately because they aren’t familiar with autoimmune disorders and can’t be bothered.)Dr. Hankins is incredibly knowledgeable (he continues to learn new things) AND he is very personable. "I had the privilege of having Dr. Hankins perform a 2 stage wise pattern augmentation mastopexy in May 2019. I had gastric sleeve surgery in 2018 and lost SO must breast tissue. Approaching age 50 I was very self conscious about being totally flat chested and what I did have just sagged. Dr. Hankins performed magic! His professionalism, bedside manner and honesty was exactly what I wanted in a surgeon. My results are amazing! My breast are perfectly proportioned, the exact size I was desiring and I feel so confident about myself.
