"The customer service there was way different from any facility I’ve attended. I usually go to Planned Parenthood, but coming to here I was in and out for my appointments. The doctors were considerate to my feelings. I wasn’t judged when asked questions."

"The wait is way too long that's the only reason they have 4 stars but if I had to rate the staff I definitely would rate all of them 10 stars! The 2 black women at the surgery desk were so nice and comforting and answered all my questions honestly- The doctor with the blonde hair- I felt she treated me as a person and not another job even tho I'm sure she had a long day- and the anesthesiologist was also helpful- Even when the doctor was held up he got me a blanket because it was freezing during the wait- sorry I don't remember their names- But every one there was very nice and made my experience alittle less nerve racking-"

"This was my first time having a surgical abortion I was 5 weeks, they were super comforting and answered all my questions. As a black woman I was nervous because y’all know how they treat black women in the medical industry, there were black nurses and doctors that made me feel way more comfortable (although the non black staff also made me comfortable, I just felt relieved seeing my people) You have the option to be put to sleep & I woke up without pain. Barely any cramping but everyone is different. I truly enjoyed my experience it was super easy, I was crying because I was so nervous, but it’s easy trust me. Just pray or give yourself a pep talk and it will be over before you know it. Good luck to any women going through with an abortion, may the universe protect you ❤️"

"If you are NOT a NYC resident (ex. L.I. resident), you may need prior authorization for services. Information like this or information about emergency medicaid will not be given to you on-site. As someone who was uninsured, I was told to pay or leave, even though other options were available. However, I will say the services were good and the nurses were nice."

"Even though the wait was long but I knew the reason why. It’s a lot paper need to be done and everyone was being professional their . Accept one of the girls at the front desk the tone of her voice made it seem she was annoyed but other than that everything went perfectly fine."

"I would honestly recommend this place to anyone. The busiest days are Friday’s and Saturday’s considering that there is only one doctor; meaning the wait is going to be long. However, the staff is sweet and make you feel comfortable. It may feel like a scary experience, but the staff does help you feel welcomed and assist your needs to their absolute best abilities."

"I was super nervous about my surgical appointment but the staff at Brooklyn Abortion Clinic and Dr. Dmitriy Bronfman were so nice! I had no pain during the surgical abortion procedure, woke up easily from anesthesia, and was well taken care of from the moment I walked in. I can't thank everyone here enough and would definitely recommend this abortion clinic in Brooklyn!"

"Well I had a procedure done here and it was ok.. It was mt first time so i was completely nervous. The wait time wasnt long and procedure itself was pretty quick. Dr.Miller was so nice & The Anastesilogist (sp?) Mr.Rocco was awesome he made me smile when legit all i wanted to do was cry & i appreciated that so much! The rest of the staff was pretty cold but i guess they see so much on the daily you cant really blame them. Anywho overall it was a good experience for what its worth."

"Professional Gynecological Services and this place is located in the same building. I need women to see my story before scheduling.I had a bad experience when I called to schedule an appointment. The representative that answers the phone seem annoyed and didn't want to assist me.The day of my appointment, I didn't feel like they were following all guidelines to protect patients from covid. The back room was crowded with women, everyone was jumping from seat to seat, pre-op examination areas. Nothing was being cleaned after one female left the area. They were only changing the sheet, nothing was being sprayed or wiped down. I pray myself or no other women get the virus because of this company poor cleaning. I refuse to go back for my follow up, I will schedule an appointment with my gyn."

"I recently visited this facility for a simple procedure.. I’ve had this same procedure done years ago without any anesthesia and it may have been the most uncomfortable 30 mins of my life. (I cried the whole time) Although Dr.B considered my request for General Anesthesia “ Over Kill” .He still was understanding enough to allow it. (Thank You)All of the staff were pleasant & very informative. Front desk & back office. Very well kept & clean. It’s good to visit a professional office that still knows the value & importance of Good “Bedside Manners”. I will continue to be & recommend patients to this office. You guys are Awesome!"

"I'm a patient who came with my husband and everything from waiting till the operation was amazing. My doctor bronfman was very informative and kind and I felt really safe. The anesthesiologist Rocco was so funny and made me laugh which I did not expect at all and let me know when I was going to go under. My nurse shanie was so supportive and gave amazing advice and just kept boosting me up when I was feeling down about the situation. Leela the Ma was also amazing and gave me advice and just let me know everything was going to be okay. I would recommend Brooklyn Abortion to anyone who wants a safe, caring place where they aren't judged."

"It was an OK experience and just that. Two ladies at the front desk were kinda standoffish as if they didn’t wanna help me and it’s already bad enough that i had to come there for such a hard decision. Some of the medical assistants in pre op were kinda rude. I asked one where the lab was and she acted like asked her where she lived or something but Dr Miller was very nice and so was the anesthesiologist. The Nurses and Post Op were helpful as well but there needs to be different receptionists and Pre op Medical Assistants and nurses"

"Very professional and friendly staff. From Ann the receptionist to Rocco the anesthesiologist. Dr. Miller made my experience easy going and fast. My nurse Nelli was very caring and the medical assistant Leela was also very attentive. I hope to Never return for this procedure but if I do I will return here !! "I went here recently because i needed to do the 2 day procedure and I must say this is the 1st clinic from the receptionists, rns, to the doctor (Hey Rocco) that actually does the procedures, made my experience comforting. Im in shock i didn't experience as much pain per usual. But this staff is very caring, I highly recommend them!!!"

I just had a bad experience with the Boris He's very rough, and walked away when I asked him if I can put the IV in when I get into the surgery room . I found that to be very rude and he should remember to be a little compassionate."

"My experience was very good. It went quickly and staff was very sweet to me... Very appreciated during a difficult thing to do. Dr Fuchs was my doctor and he made me feel extremely at ease. "I really loved this place. The service is great. My favourite nurse, it staff, business administrator and person at this place was Yasmine Yanez. She helped me every step of the way and she made sure everyone was good even after they confirmed that they were. The service at this place in general is awesome. I would come back and I will definitely recommend it to anyone in need of services of that nature. I'm not going to include any details on myself but this place is really great and if you want to feel welcomed, important and in good hands you should definitely come here. In terms of waiting, I feel like the time is reasonable but prepare to be here for at least 3 hours because that's what you came here to do. I'm in love lol. With the great customer service and the great personalities."

"After reading a couple of bad reviews I'm here to say take a deep breath and exhale. My experience was amazing I went in on edge and expecting the worst and left smiling. No woman would ever want to be in this situation but the team at this clinic made my time there really easy for me. With all the information and being able to ask countless questions (there are no dumb questions trust me) I give nothing but A's for this clinic. The RN Nicole was super nice and warming and the medical assistant Stacy made me feel like I wasn't doing anything wrong and it really made me feel good because I felt terrible. The anesthesia doctor at the operating room was funny and made you laugh before you go to sleep. Everyone in there was really great I have no bad comments (if you have thin veins expect a little discomfort from the pre op anesthesia nurse) but other than that my experience was great. I'm really happy I went there and not anywhere else."

First I must say the staff was very friendly, the atmosphere was claiming and rexlaxing very clean, the facility reminded me of a small urgent unit state of the art equipment and everyone was very professional.
