"Had lots of blood tests taken for a pain condition and haven’t heard back since May. I have called the office regularly (and left messages) and emailed. Really odd. He seemed like a really awesome guy. Came for my physical and other stuff. Very nice and helped navigate insurance and billing codes as a doctor should. But I’m going to have to find a new doctor because Dr. Herbert ghosted me."

"If I ever leave New York I will be sad to have to leave Dr Herbert. I never feel like he judges me as some doctors do; I feel like I can really explain my problem and he listens so he can treat me the best he can.He is old-school and I love that about him and his office. I like going to a practioner who has their own space instead of seeing someone within a giant hospital building.Sometimes you have to wait to see him, but that's because he's taking his time with every patient instead of rushing them along like many doctors do."
