"Dr. Fross is very nice and friendly as are the staff. Plenty of calls before and after to go over things about the surgery, I do wish they sent emails as well so I had something I could easily refer to. Got my wisdom teeth removed and consultation for missing teeth. Procedure went well, for the few minutes I was conscious. They did a good job of making it feel safe and not scary."

"I had two implants done with Dr. Fross. It wasn't painful, he's very efficient, great personality, post-op x-rays looked very good, no complications, no pain on one, some pain for about 3 days on the second one which was done on the same day as the extraction, so that's probably why it hurt more, but the pain meds managed it well with no unwanted side effects. I highly recommend Dr. Fross, and if I need another implant or one of his other procedures, that's where I'm going."

"Dr Fross is super experienced oral surgeon with great sense of humor. He had done two successful implants for me. Dr Fross gives very honest opinion instead of trying to ask me to do more than what I need to do. He explains every steps very well and ran his proceduressmoothly. He also has a Panoramic X-ray machine in the office so you don’t need to make a separate trip to take X-ray somewhere else. Dr Fross is a great oral surgeon I will highly recommend to anyone."

"If I could give 10 stars I would. It was the most pleasant. Efficient pain free, polite and courteous experience. I was in and out of the office with in 20 minutes and I had my tooth extracted.I would not hesitate a bit to recommend Dr. Scott D Fross to any body. "I want to highly highly recommend Dr Fross and his staff! Both of my sons as well as myself have had tooth extractions done by Dr Fross. And the experience could not have been easier or pain free! "My son had a very easy, quick and smooth process when getting all four wisdom teeth removed. He didn’t have any complaints. It’s been a few weeks and he’s healing as normal and he made sure to follow all of the rules. Dr. Fross even called to check up on my son after surgery to make sure all was well (and it was). My son had minimal pain. He was definitely glad to be off soft foods by the third morning but he made it through just fine."

"Dr. Fross and his team are simply incredible at their jobs. I was getting my wisdom teeth out (all 4) which was something I was somewhat nervous for. Everything I had any fears about were never an issue during and post surgery. On the day of the surgery I was in their office for what felt like all of 5 minutes to me and went home. I late experienced no swelling nor any pain the days after much to the frustration of all my friends who had gotten swollen faces after their removals. None of the medications they had me on had any negative side affects I had to deal with and I was able to switch from the strong painkillers they prescribed and switched to Tylenol the first day after surgery with no issue. Dr. Fross and his team make you feel very comfortable and they are extremely proficient at their job and just great people. If you need to get your wisdom teeth out or any other dental surgery there is no one better qualified to do it then these folks."

The appointment was one week after I got the preliminary visit, it took 45' total, and it was as painless as it can get.The entire staff was very attentive and kind. "I just had two wisdom teeth removed about 10 days ago from Dr. Frost is my first oral surgery ever at 42 yrs old ... he and his entire team were the absolute definition of what professional is. They have the unique ability to perfectly balance compassion, patience, and professionalism. "My first encounter with Dr. Fross was 2012, when I had my lower 2 wisdom tooth removed. Today, I had my upper 2 wisdom tooth removed. I came back to him because I still remember to this date, how he made me feel, and he was so professional, caring, have good sense of humor. My dentist referred me to another surgeon but I still came back for Dr. Fross! He made sure to answer all your questions before the surgery, and would follow up with you later that day. He listens and make sure that you are taken care of. Ana and the lady who took my panel were friendly, helpful and kind. Dr. Fross definitely has a great team there. I’d rate this place 10 stars if I could on google map.This place is also pretty clear on how much out of pocket I had to pay before the standard surgery (I have delta dental). You just have to make sure that you asked your dentist to provide what they asked you, in terms of x-ray and panel. Everything was arranged within 3 days. I am impressed how quickly my dentist and Dr Fross office handled my case. Ana is awesome, she worked with my dentist office to collect everything."

"I’m usually very skeptical about going to the dentist. This was my first extraction and I was very nervous. However, the staff and Dr. Fross made the whole experience so much better. They really make sure you’re comfortable and distract you from the process, which I definitely needed! The whole process was so quick and painless. Dr. Fross walked me through the care steps post extraction and was very detailed about it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for orthodontic procedures. I also want to give them a shoutout for being so accommodative. I had to change my appointment three times and they were so nice and accommodative about it which was amazing. "First off I would like to say Dr. Fross was very nice during the consultation. However, the office staff, not so much. I went in for a consultation in reference to implants. After receiving the final cost, I decided to go else where (Clear Choice in San Jose) they are awesome! Anyways, I received a billing statement a few weeks later stating I owed the office a significant amount of money for consultation and x-ray. When I called the office manager to discuss, she was very rude and was not helpful at all in explaining the services. I would never return to this office again. They don't explain cost and then send statements later on for billing. Go somewhere else, this place is a scam!"

"WOW is what I could totally say. Consultation was super quick and easy. 2 lower extractions needed that were impacted real bad. Dr. Fross and his nurses are incredibly professional and made me feel comfortable before the procedure, as it was my first time undergoing GA; General Anesthesia. Turned out to be painless, after the procedure I didn’t feel any pain either. I felt well taken care of during my recovery phase and even received a call hours later from Dr. Fross to see how I was doing. Impressive and very caring doctor. Front office was friendly and payment was a breeze. Highly, highly recommend this elite team for your care. A week later post-op after following the exact instructions, healing up just fine, still no pain. Thank you Fross Surgery team."

"I had pain in my last remaining wisdom tooth and I checked with several doctors when they could extract it. In several cases they invited me for a consultation visit but during the visit it turned out that they could do a surgery only in 2-4 weeks, which was unacceptable.Dr Fross was the only one that made an appointment for the surgery on the phone and he was the fastest to respond.The surgery with an IV sedation went perfectly; it was the best compared to three wisdom teeth extracted previously. I felt absolutely nothing, I just remember talking to the doctor and afterwards my girlfriend taking me to the car. I had almost no pain afterwards and did not use any painkillers. Dr. Fross called me in the evening to check how I was doing and explained in details what I should do next.I am very happy with this experience and strongly recommend Dr Fross to all my friends!"

"The entire staff is always so nice and comforting. I have always hated the dentist due to past experiences but Dr. Fross has completely changed my mind. I've had teeth pulled other places and it was horrible, here they always make sure I'm comfortable and he's extremely gentle. I mean he's so good that when they had to close down due to the pandemic and I needed a tooth pulled bad, I still refused to go anywhere else I literally waited 10 weeks to be able to be seen by him."

"I had my first implant by Dr Fross in 2008 for 2 lower left molars and it has been working flawlessly. I had root canal on my right lower molar on November 2019. Then the crown broke off in April 2021. I went back to Dr Fross to extract the broken tooth and started the implant process knowing that it will work as well as my left implants. The whole extraction and fill in process took less than 45 minutes."

"I went to Scott Fross after I received a recommendation from a friend. I had 4 wisdom teeth removed and have had a very fast recovery time. There’s quite a few instructions that need to be followed pre and post surgery, but the team works with you to make sure you’re following them correctly.I’ve been putting off this surgery for over a year. Now I feel silly. Within 2-3 days I was 100% back to my normal diet. After a week, I had little to no pain or sensitiveness.
