"Other than the long wait (the front desk could be friendlier) this was a more pleasant experience than the the 2 times I had these same procedures done at Kaiser hospital. The nurses were caring, efficient and kind, the anesthesiologist was a sweet, funny, efficient and put me at ease. My Dr.Seti is a doll....the whole procedure (2) was very quick. I highly recommend the Fremont surgery center."

"All the staff were very professional and kind. My only suggestion would be that they need to update this surgery center. Chairs in waiting room were uncomfortable as they lacked any cushion and seemed stained from years of use. The prep are and recovery area need a paint job to change the color to something more cheerful. The yellow walls just seemed darker than what they should be. If they painted and freshened up the place it would be great. I would go back for another procedure but hopefully that won't need to happen because who wants surgery."

"I was in and out in what seems like lightning... All the staff are very accommodating. My only issue is the IV. It hurt a lot upon insert. But all are very good. Great! Keep up the good work."

"Very professional staff, nurses, and doctors. Everything was clearly explained to me before the operation. The surgery went smoothly (I was asleep!) and I had very little pain when I first got home. The soreness and pain increased in a few days, but that was expected. I am now healing and look forward to physical therapy sessions."

"I was a patient at Fremont surgery center twice in 2021. Both times I was very impressed with the staff and the flow from walking in the door to exiting after surgery. Everyone was very thorough with instructions and made sure I understood the process from beginning to end. They were also very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend being treated there rather than in a hospital environment."

"Our son had foot surgery twice, once in October ‘21 and then again in December ‘21 (to remove hardware in foot) and found the staff, nurses & anesthesiologists to be friendly, informative and very helpful. It was his first surgery so as parents we were very nervous but the staff took great care of him and eased our worries by keeping us well informed of what was going to happen and what was happening. We were happy that we were allowed to stay with him in the waiting room, as well as before & after surgery to make sure he was okay. One nurse even talked football with him, which was great for keeping his nerves at ease. We would definitely recommend this facility."

"Another great experience. Staff is warm and friendly and puts you at ease as they get you checked in and do the paperwork in the back. My procedure was on time, Dr Gutierrez and team were great. I enjoyed my ginger ale and animal crackers afterward. This is my favorite Surgical Center to go to."

"Good afternoonI just wanted to take some time to send a huge thank you to all the nurses, my anesthesiologist and Dr Sagoo. (Also the front reception area and surgery prep employees)From the time I walked through the front door I was treated with compassion. I am always so anxious about any type of procedures and this time even more so as I found out my husband couldn’t come in with me. My hip replacement was completed on schedule and I was able to stay overnight as we live in Hollister so a Friday afternoon commute trip home after surgery was a huge concern of mine.I want to send a special thanks to my surgeon Dr. Sagoo for scheduling all the details. Nurses Sharon, Lady and Brittany were so attentive and I felt so comfortable. Today I am resting at home and glad that part of my journey is complete. I will definitely recommend the Center to my friends and family if they are in the need of a procedure.Thank you!"

"My 14 year old daughter had ACL recontructive surgery here and the staff were so kind as she was no nervous. The nurses especially were amazing and provided her with all the resources she needed, like ice chips, vomit bags, tissue box, and socks. The staff were also ery experienced which helped the nerve wrecking process go by faster."

"Great experience! From Check-in to leaving!Tac my nurse was fantastic, professional and funny! Definitely calmed my anxiety - I was difficult surgery, Ugh!They have TVS available while waiting for the Doctor’s or Operating Room.Everyone was kind, caring and personable!!I’ve gone to 4 different Surgery Centers around the East Bay, by far this place has been the best I’ve been to."
